En el contexto específico del sector gastronómico —caracterizado por alta rotación, digitalización acelerada y exigencias de sostenibilidad— la empleabilidad se configura como un mecanismo de adaptación estratégica que influye directamente en la calidad del servicio, la experiencia del cliente y la percepción del valor empresarial.
La obra concluye proponiendo un marco analítico integrador que vincula sistemas de gestión humana con resultados de negocio, planteando la empleabilidad como política de creación de valor compartido y como eje articulador de sostenibilidad y competitividad sectorial.
